Crescent Ski Council Fall Conference

Enjoy a weekend in the mountains around Gatlinburg, Tennessee with friend from 18 other Crescent Ski Council clubs. Arrive on Friday and check in at the Glenstone Lodge. You will have dinner on your own in downtown Gatlinburg. It is just a short walk always from the Glenstone Lodge. Saturday you can take a group hike led by someone from the Knoxville Ski Club and enjoy the Fall Colors or just enjoy the area on your own. Saturday evening enjoy the ski tradeshow (moved from the spring convention) with Hot and Cold Hors D’oevres, Snacks. Wine & Beer is also Provided. Later enjoy a DJ party for the remainder of the evening.
You must be a member of RSOC or another Crescent Club to attend this event.

The Glenstone Lodge offers hotel rooms at a very affordable price. Room options this year are as follows: Either a king bed or two queen beds as well as the option of a regular room. The rooms may have a small seating area, TV, and free Wi-Fi. Also, on site are 2 indoor pools, one outdoor pool, a hot tub/jacuzzi, a restaurant on site serving breakfast daily, and free parking.

• Regular room: $109 per night (+ 12.75% taxes) or about $122.90 total per night, 1-4 people per room
• Junior suite: $129 Thursday night Oct 27 (+ 12.75% taxes) or about $144.45 total per night; $169 for Friday and Saturday nights (+12.75% taxes) or about $190.55 total per night, if available
• Executive Suite: $129 Thursday night Oct 27 (+ 12.75% taxes) or about $144.45 total per night; $199 for Friday and Saturday nights (+12.75% taxes) or about $224.37 total per night. One separate bedroom with bath; common area with wet bar/fridge, table, seating area, sofa bed, and separate bath, if available.

Individual reservations require the first night’s room/tax at the time of reservation with the remaining balance due upon check-in. Cancellations may be made 72 hours prior to arrival date. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival date forfeits the first night’s room/tax. Rates are based upon up to four people per room. Rate and room block will be honored until cut-off date. After the cut-off date, the rate will be adjusted, and rooms may be reserved based on availability. Rates are for King or Double Queen rooms. Room rates are quoted exclusive of local taxes and fees, currently 12.75%. Quoted rates will be offered, based on availability to your attendees 1 day before and 1 day after the above dates.
