This year’s Fall Conference will be held again at the beautiful Glenstone Lodge in historic Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Crescent Ski Council is a volunteer organization comprised of 17 ski clubs in the southeastern USA focused on snow sports and group event opportunities for our club members by promoting winter recreational sports including alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, racing for our members and adventure sightseeing trips.

OR they can call (865) 436-9361 Dial 1 for Individual Reservations, NOT Group Sales, and identify themselves with CRESCENT SKI COUNCIL at the time of reservation. Individual reservations require the first night’s room/tax at the time of reservation with the remaining balance due upon check-in.

Standard Double Queen Interior & Exterior Double Queen and King Rooms:

$124.00 plus tax Sunday thru Thursday - $154.00/night plus tax Friday & Saturday

Double Queen Private Front Balcony:

$144.00/night plus tax Sunday thru Thursday - $174.00/night plus tax Friday & Saturday

Cancellations may be made 72 hours prior to arrival date. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival date forfeits the first night’s room/tax. Rates are based upon up to four people per room. Rate and room block will be honored until the cut-off date of Tuesday, September 22, 2026. After the cut-off date, the rate will be adjusted, and rooms may be reserved based on availability. Rates are for Double Queen rooms. Room rates are quoted exclusive of local taxes and fees, currently 12.75%. Quoted rates will be offered, based on availability to your attendees, 1 day before and 1 day after the above dates
